A 3-Part Immersion

An exploration of the internal landscapes through the lens of Hinduism’s most beloved divine couples. Over three sessions, we will traverse the archetypal energies and stories of Shiva + Kali, Radha + Krishna, and Sita + Ram - discovering how their sacred unions mirror the dynamics within our own souls. No previous knowledge or experience is required, simply an open heart and a curious spirit.
Sessions run May 28, June 4, and June 11, held live via Zoom with recordings provided for all registered participants.

PART 1 - May 28, 2026
Shiva + Kali
This opening session explores the fierce dance of stillness and intensity, delving into the sacred union of Shiva, the silent witness of pure consciousness, and Kali, the wild, primordial force of transformation.
Discover how to work with these energies of creation and destruction within your own soul to navigate personal transformation, establish radical boundaries, and reclaim your inner power in everyday life.
The live class is held as a trauma-informed and beginner-friendly container, combining gentle teaching with guided reflection. Through simple embodied practices, we will create a space where you can safely meet both your inherent softness and your necessary fierceness, all held with a deep and abiding respect for each part.
Integration: Identify a boundary in your life that requires Kali’s clarity and find a moment of Shiva’s stillness to anchor your personal power throughout the day.
PART 2 - June 4, 2026
Radha + Krishna
This class explores the nectar of devotion, the beauty of divine play (lila), and the expansion of heart-centered love. Radha and Krishna represent the soul’s yearning for the Divine and the ecstatic joy found in surrender. We will look at how this archetype flows through our relationships and fuels our creative work with inspiration and passion. Exploring playful devotion and the sweetness of longing, this session invites you to discover how these ancient stories mirror our own modern quests for intimacy and soul-connection. Whether in your creative pursuits or your closest bonds, the energy of Radha-Krishna teaches us that love is not just a feeling, but a sacred, transformative art form.
The live class is designed as a joyful and sensory-rich experience, blending mythological storytelling with deep reflection prompts. We will engage in gentle creative practices and sensory invitations that help anchor these divine qualities into your everyday life.

PART 3 - June 11, 2026
Sita + Ram
This final exploration grounds the immersion in the virtues of loyalty, dharma (sacred duty), and courageous, steady love. We examine how the archetypes of Sita and Ram provide a spiritual blueprint for integrity in our professional lives, long-term commitments, and the various roles we carry in the world. Discover how to navigate life's challenges with a principled heart, learning to embody a love that is both a refuge and a steadfast commitment to one’s path.
Together, the fierce clarity of Shiva & Kali, the devotional ecstasy of Radha & Krishna, and the steady integrity of Sita & Ram invite us into a more honest, tender, and grounded way of loving ourselves and others. This final session gathers the threads of our whole journey, sending you back into your life with renewed courage and devotion.
